31 Example FAQs to add to your sales page

31 FAQs to include on your business website

When it comes to sales pages, even the smallest tweaks/additions can make all the difference when it comes to actual sales in your bank account. And one of the most important elements you should never overlook is adding an FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions) to your sales page! While your product or service may be incredibly well-designed, potential customers often need clarity or reassurance before they make a purchase or commit to a service.

FAQs are a simple but powerful addition that WORKS because it gives you the opportunity to:

  • Proactively overcome doubts that your reader may be having

  • Empower potential buyers with all the information they need upfront

  • Saves time for both you and the reader, because they don't have to reach out via email/call to get their questions answered

  • Clears up confusion if there is anything holding them back from pulling the trigger straight away.

In this post, we’ll explore key FAQs that should be included on your business website or sales pages to ensure you’re answering your customers’ most pressing questions—and ultimately, converting more visitors into buyers.

What are the benefits of adding FAQs to your website?

Adding FAQs enhances the user experience by providing immediate answers to common questions, saving visitors time and reducing frustration. This clarity can help build trust with potential customers, as it shows you’re transparent and proactive in addressing concerns. Additionally, a well-crafted FAQ section can reduce the volume of customer support inquiries, freeing up your team to focus on more complex issues. It can also help optimize your website for search engines, as FAQs often include long-tail keywords that potential customers might be searching for. Overall, an effective FAQ section not only improves customer satisfaction but also boosts conversion rates and streamlines your customer service operations.

Where should you have FAQs on your website?

One of the most important places to includes FAQs is on your services and sales pages. These pages are the go-to place for visitors when they are ready to buy, so you want to make their purchasing decision as easy as possible on these pages. I typically recommend adding FAQs towards the bottom of sales page, as the people most interested in the nitty gritty details, will likely have gotten to the bottom of your sales page and read the more significant details already.

To avoid overwhelming readers, I recommend having FAQs hidden behind a toggle as extensive FAQ answers can lengthen a page significantly. Users can then easily find the questions they’re specifically interested in, rather than having to scroll lots to get to the answers they’re after.

MY BEST TOP TIP: Make note of questions you get asked in sales calls

You’re doing amazing by reading this blog post and trying to anticipate what questions your potential clients may ask. HOWEVER, even better than guessing - making note of the ACTUAL QUESTIONS you get asked.

Whenever you’re having sales conversations, in the dms, on call or via email, pay extra attention to what people want to know. If potential clients have questions, it’s likely a question another potential client may have.
